Due to the diverse nature of our events and wide range of venues we work with, cancelation and refund policies vary from event to event. For any purchase(s) on Secret Parties website , you may choose to pay using a credit card or debit card. For cancellations please email us at bookings@secret-parties.com with full details of your cancellation so that we can handle it accordingly. Please be aware that ALL DEPOSITS made via the Secret Parties website are strictly non-refundable. When placing an order on the Secret Parties website, each deposit is paid for on a per head basis and any discrepancy on the day of the event cannot be used towards the total order price. Any tickets bought/bookings made through any third party companies will be subject to the cancellation policy imposed by that company.

For Christmas and NYE events as per Government guidelines for the COVID-19 safety measures, all guests are required to present their Al Hosn Green Pass on entry to the venues along with proof of a negative PCR test result within 96 hours. Please be aware that ALL DEPOSITS made via the Secret Parties website are strictly non-refundable.

Where prepaid tickets are purchased or table deposits are paid the venue and event management retain all rights, Secret Parties have no control over this and entry is not guaranteed but will be completely fair based on a few factors. Ticket/deposit payments will NOT be refunded if you are refused entry for one of the following reasons:

• Under the influence of drugs
• Deemed to be too drunk / intoxicated
• You don’t have valid ID to prove your age (See above)
• You do not adhere to the venue’s dress code (All Secret Parties dress code requirements are included on event pages on the website)

The venue will make the final decision on the entry of the door in relation to any of the above reasons.

Secret Parties Events cannot accept any responsibility for the loss or damage of any personal possessions. All guests are advised to contact the venue at the earliest opportunity if it becomes apparent that any items have been lost or stolen.

Secret Parties reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any event sponsored by Secret Parties, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. Secret Parties may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted by Secret Parties including but not limited to: brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, etc.

To ensure the privacy of individuals and children, images will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without written approval from the photographed subject, parent or legal guardian

A person attending a Secret Parties event who does not wish to have their image recorded for distribution should make their wishes known to the photographer, and/or the event organisers, and/or contact Secret Parties on the ‘Contact’ page of the Secret Parties website in writing of his/her intentions and include a photograph. Secret Parties will use the photo for identification purposes and will hold it in confidence.

By participating in a Secret Parties event or by failing to notify Secret Parties, in writing, of your desire to not have your photograph used by Secret Parties, you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify Secret Parties from any and all claims involving the use of your picture or likeness.

Any person or organisation not affiliated with Secret Parties may not use, copy, alter or modify Secret Parties photographs, graphics, videography or other, similar reproductions or recordings without the advance written permission of an authorised designee from Secret Parties.

Secret Parties provide a complimentary Birthday pass for a number of events. This is applicable for all Brunch events. For the complimentary Birthday brunch to be valid the booking must be for 5 or more guests and the date of the Birthday must be within 5 days of the actual event. Valid ID/proof of DOB must be provided upon arrival to take advantage of this incentive. Please note that only one (1) complimentary Birthday pass will be provided for every 5 guests. Two (2) Birthday passes can only be redeemed complimentary for 10+ guests and so on.Special Offers & Complimentary Birthday packages can NOT be availed in the same booking.

1. Offer Overview

1.1. The "Get Paid to Party" promotion (the Offer) is organised by Secret Parties.

1.2. Under this Offer, for every two (2) full-price purchases of a Secret Parties House or Premium Brunch the customer will receive one (1) complimentary House Brunch package (the Free Brunch) valued at up to AED 500.

2. Eligibility

2.1. The two qualifying packages must be paid for in full and attended by the same participant to qualify for the Free Brunch.

2.2. The Offer applies to individual participants only and cannot be transferred or shared.

2.3. The Offer may be combined with Teachers and Cabin Crew packages, but not with any other promotions.

2.4 The qualifying packages must each have a minimum value of AED 350.

3. Redemption of the Free Brunch

3.1. The Free Brunch may be redeemed at any Secret Parties event in 2026, subject to availability.

3.2. The Free Brunch cannot be redeemed at special events, including but not limited to Halloween, Christmas, and New Year's Eve, or any event that Secret Parties deems ineligible at its sole discretion.

3.3. Redemption must be arranged directly with Secret Parties, and confirmation is required prior to attendance.

4. Exclusions and Restrictions

4.1. The Offer cannot be combined with other promotions such as "Pay for 3, Party for 4" or the Free Birthday Offer.

4.2. The Offer cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other product or service.

4.3. Other exclusions may apply at the discretion of Secret Parties.

4.4 The Offer is not valid on Ladies' Days or Pool Party packages.

5. General Terms

5.1. Secret Parties reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this Offer at any time without prior notice.

5.2. In the event of any dispute, Secret Parties' decision shall be final and binding.
